Since its inception, People Management has focused its business applications on helping organizations to improve results through a better understanding and positioning of people and helping people to make good decisions about work. We have evaluated or assessed more than 75,000 individuals through an assessment tool identified as SIMA® (System for Identifying Motivated Abilities). People Management has also licensed SIMA to various organizations, and SIMA was also a major component of the program, "The Stuff Americans Are Made Of," developed by the American Society for Quality and the Disney Institute. Articles and books (nationally and internationally), as well as dissertations, have been written based on or citing SIMA.
