Mark Stevenson, Partner and Vice President
Mark joined the firm to develop expertise in the System to Identify Motivated Abilities, our core assessment process and to apply the resulting information to job fit consulting and team development.
He has led the further development of the PMI team effectiveness retreats and has conducted them in both not-for-profit and for-profit organizations. He has also spearheaded the incorporation of Appreciative Inquiry into group workshops concerning giftedness, and he has provided this critical information to both the formation and redesign of senior teams. In addition, he serves as an executive coach to senior managers and leaders in ministry, not-for-profit and for-profit corporations. He assists in providing counsel to key executive searches with other consultants in PMI, LLC. Recent clients include World Vision International, Premier Inc., Willow creek Community Church, Institute for Health Care Improvement, and Fairview Health Care.
Mark is a graduate of Colorado State University.
Robert J. Stevenson, President, People Management North Central
Rob is a nationally-known management consultant in senior management selection, organizational design and development, executive coaching, succession planning, and workplace change and innovation. He is Chairman of People Management International LLC and Senior Partner of the North Central U.S. office in Minnesota.
He received his undergraduate degree from Denison University and a masters in Health Care Administration from the University of Minnesota. He has taught in graduate programs in health care administration, human resource development, organizational behavior, and development and leadership. From 1979 to 1983, he served as Special Assistant to Governor Albert Quie, responsible for staff and commissioner selection, development and coaching of senior management, constituent and political relations for the Administration as a member of the Senior Policy Team.
In addition to community board leadership responsibilities, Rob has provided management consulting, senior management selection, and organizational redesign to major reorganizations in health care services, information technology, family business, and Christian ministry. With his partners at People Management, Rob is providing leadership to the ongoing development and application to the phenomenon of motivated human design and its application to the world of work, faith, education, and family.
